About Hurricane Works
Building, marketing and developing online businesses for us and our clients for over two decades
For over two decades, Hurricane Works has been turning ambitious business ideas into market-leading realities. We're the C-Suite consultancy that CEOs call when they need more than advice – they need execution.
Since 1999, we've helped build, scale, and exit companies across multiple industries. Our client roster includes household names like Creditsafe and innovative disruptors like Oodle Finance – each representing a unique challenge we've helped solve.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we challenge conventional thinking, identify untapped opportunities, and build custom strategies that deliver measurable results. Because at the end of the day, great ideas without execution are just expensive conversations.

Practical AI and automation for real businesses
We build the tools that quietly do the heavy lifting — forecasting, automation, AI features, data pipelines and dashboards — so your business runs on better information and less manual work.
We've built and shipped a wide range of working software: AI assistants, predictive engines, sales-automation systems, data pipelines, video tools and analytics dashboards. Along the way we've built a deep library of proven building blocks — which means we can bring a working solution to your problem quickly, rather than starting from a blank page.
AI features that don't make things up
We add AI to products and workflows where the output has to be trustworthy — assistants that answer from your own data, tools that draft content, classify information, or summarise what customers are saying.
The substance is in the guardrails. A language model will happily produce a fluent, confident answer with nothing behind it: fine for a demo, dangerous in production. So we build our AI features around an evidence check — the system has to ground each answer in a real result from your data before it can present it, and it visibly holds back when it can't. We handle the model's rough edges too: retrying and falling back across models when one is slow or overloaded, and capping oversized inputs so a single large response can't blow the context.
We validate the same way we build everything — against a fixed set of real questions with known answers, scored automatically, so gains are measured rather than assumed.
Good for: customer-facing assistants, internal “ask our data” tools, content generation, review and sentiment analysis, automated tagging and classification.
Forecasting and decision engines
We build models that turn a business's own history into operational decisions — how much stock to hold, when to reorder, what cash is likely to land and when, which leads are worth chasing.
The approach is deliberately grounded, not black-box. For demand and inventory work we separate the signal in the data — the underlying trend, the seasonal shape of the year, and one-off spikes — and forecast each explicitly, with prediction intervals so you see the range of likely outcomes rather than a single point. From that we derive service-level reorder points and safety stock: enough cover to hit the availability you're targeting without tying up cash in stock you don't need. Where it earns its place, we fold in an external signal — weather, say — as a bounded influence: enough to nudge a forecast, never enough to let a noisy variable run it.
Before any of it goes live, we backtest against your own history — training on older data, checking the forecast against what actually happened, then replaying past decisions to answer one question: would the model have agreed with the calls you actually made?
Good for: demand and inventory planning, reorder and safety-stock optimisation, cash-flow and receivables forecasting, lead and customer scoring, risk and credit models.
Sales and growth automation
We help you find the right prospects and reach them with a message that proves you've actually looked at their business — then automate the repetitive parts so your team spends its time on conversations, not admin.
Underneath, it's a pipeline. We build targeted prospect lists and enrich them through several data sources in sequence — each filling the gaps the last one left — so you end up with complete, deliverable contact records rather than a patchy spreadsheet. The outreach is genuinely personalised: messages lead with the prospect's own figures and situation, drawn from live research and grounded strictly in real facts rather than invented flattery. From there the system schedules and sends follow-up sequences, respects send limits and unsubscribes, and tracks opens, replies and conversions so you can see what's actually working.
It's built to run at scale without falling over — the same approach can keep a dataset of tens of thousands of records fresh while making a fraction of the data-provider calls a naive version would.
Good for: B2B lead generation, personalised outreach at scale, CRM automation, pipeline tracking.
Data pipelines and integrations
Most businesses have useful data stuck in systems that don't talk to each other. We connect them — e-commerce, accounting, CRM, ERP, spreadsheets — and keep the data flowing automatically, with monitoring and alerts so you know the moment something breaks rather than weeks later.
Good for: syncing products, orders, invoices or contacts between systems; cleaning messy data into something usable; scheduled, hands-off updates.
Data collection and enrichment
When the information you need lives out on the web, we gather it at scale and turn it into a clean, structured dataset — market and competitor monitoring, directory and location data, or enriching your contacts with the details that make them actionable. We've built collection systems that map tens of thousands of locations across dozens of brands and several countries into a single consistent dataset.
Good for: market research, competitor tracking, building prospect lists, filling gaps in your existing data.
Analytics, dashboards and reporting
We make what's happening in your business visible and get it in front of the right people — dashboards that surface the numbers that matter, insight into how you're found online, and branded reports generated and delivered automatically so nobody builds them by hand.
Good for: revenue and performance dashboards, search and marketing insight, automated client or board reports.
Automated content and video at scale
We build systems that produce large volumes of on-brand output automatically from your data — templated or personalised videos with voiceover, or programmatically generated web pages. Feed in the data and get hundreds of finished, consistent assets out the other end.
Good for: video at scale, personalised marketing content, large sets of data-driven landing pages.
Getting found — by Google and by AI
Being discoverable now means being readable by search engines and by AI tools like ChatGPT. We audit how findable your site is, make your content properly machine-readable for both, and put the technical pieces in place so people and AI can surface your business.
Good for: technical SEO, AI-readiness audits, making content work for the next generation of search.
How we work
We move fast because we don't start from scratch.
Years of building real products have left us with a deep library of proven components. When your problem looks like something we've solved before — and it often does — we bring a working head start rather than reinventing it.
We build things you can trust.
Predictive models are proven against your own history before you rely on them. AI features are built with guardrails so they don't fabricate. And everything ships securely and production-ready, not just as a demo.
We start simple and stay close to the goal.
We build the simplest thing that solves the actual problem, get it in front of you quickly, and iterate — rather than disappearing for months and hoping we guessed right.
Sectors we've worked across
…and the underlying skills travel well — most of what we build applies far beyond the sector it started in.
